چکیده
Currently the incidence of hemorrhagic vasculitis in children is characterized by an increase all age groups what may be associated with environmental problems, chronic infection as well food and drugs allergy. To date there are no biomarkers predicting further development exanthema at onset disease followed its outcome. The quantitative functional features cellular humoral immunity various origins accompanied presented this article. reduction γδТ-cells number peripheral blood correlated levels specific antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies IgG EBNA-1 against a high ability to activation were established systemic (immunocomplex) vasculitis. At contrast, background normal γδT-lymphocytes’ content was decrease capacity infectious-allergic genesis. Thus, changes γδТ-lymphocytes can potential labor biomarker for early diagnosis or used course prediction.

Peripheral blood immunological features were assessed in 21 patients with clinical and angiographic evidence of retinal vasculitis (RV). Abnormalities of humoral and cellular immunity were frequent in this group of patients. Lymphopenia was the most common immunological abnormality, being present in 76% of patients at presentation (p less than 0.05). Peripheral blood T and B cells were decrease...
